OSHA NH General Industry Roundtable: State & Federal Workplace Labor Requirements & Common Oversight

New Hampshire Workers’ Compensation including but not limited to coverage requirements, myths and common misconceptions, injury reporting requirements, temporary alternative duty, reinstatement, contractor liability, and more. Compliance with Federal Wage and Hour laws can be complicated, and many employers unintentionally violate the law with common mistakes such as failing to properly pay employees for hours worked, incorrectly computing overtime, or misapplying overtime exemptions.
