SBDC Webinars: Recovery Friendly Workplaces: Good for Employees, Good for Business

The New Hampshire Small Business Development Center and the Governor’s Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) Initiative are partnering to help small business owners understand how being a recovery friendly workplace can be a win-win. The RFW approach, which recognizes recovery from substance use disorder (SUD) as a strength and helps proactively support those who may be impacted by SUD more generally, can help you reduce costs, retain talent, and recruit new employees.
