The Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiative gives business owners the resources and support they need to foster a supportive environment that encourages the success of their employees in recovery. There are currently 93 business participating in the RFWI in the State. This initiative will provide businesses, trade organizations, healthcare professionals, and others with information, guidance, and access to training resources to help protect workers by raising awareness of physical well-being and mental health issues related to substance use disorders in the community and workplace.
